Do you sell brand medicines or generic pills?

Why does the name printed on the pill differ from the branded one?
The name you see printed on the pill is the active ingredient used there. The contents of generic pills are absolutely the same as in the branded versions. The only difference is in the name. Why does the shape of the pill differ from the shape of the branded one?

When will my package arrive?
We offer two types of delivery - Air Mail (US Postal Service for USA customers) and Courier Delivery. The usual waiting time for Air Mail shipping is 2-3 weeks (package may be delivered earlier). The EMS Courier Delivery waiting period is 5-9 business days.
Is there any way to track my order?
You may check the order status if you log into our support site. Also we provide tracking information for all packages shipped via Courier. Within several days after shipping the package, you will receive your tracking number and the web-link to check the status online.
Can I change the type of delivery?
Packages are sent within 24 hours after order placement. If you decide to change the shipping type, please contact our support department. There is no way to change delivery type, when the package has already been sent.
My payment is declined. What is the reason?
Please, make sure, you have provided the correct payment information, your credit card company allows you to make online payments and there are enough funds to cover the current transaction.
I have waited for the stated time period and haven't received my package.
Air mail shipping shouldn't take more than 4 weeks and Courier over 10 days. If you still haven't received the package, please contact your post office, the package may be there. If there is still no package, please contact our shipping department.
